The pattern shop is the critical step
in the production of castings. At American Aluminum Casting Co. we have
operated an in-house pattern shop for over 60 years. We have worked
with engineers in the military, aerospace, automotive, marine and railroad
industries to meet and exceed all the requirements of our customers and to
ensure high quality casting products. Our pattern makers have 30+ years’ experience in pattern design,
molding and machining. This encompassing experience allows American
Aluminum to construct basic and complex patterns from wood, metal and resin
from a single sample, drawing or both. Our engineers also work with CAD
or Solid Works drawing files and consults with each customer step by step to in
order to bring your design to a casting.
